GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER

• We will start with an introductory call to better understand your current business structure, accounting software, daily processes, and potential needs

• We will request certain financial reports to understand the size and scope of your business

• We will provide a recommendation of services and quote for various options that fit your business needs

ONBOARDING / CATCH-UP

• During the onboarding process, we will finalize our services agreement, set up admin and login profiles for our accounting team, and start to organize your secure client portal that will hold important documentation

• Once onboarding is complete, we perform a cleanup/catch-up to bring your books up to date.  This will include reconciling accounts, making adjusting entries, balancing any intercompany accounts, updating your chart of accounts, and resetting any stale accounts on the balance sheet.

ONGOING SUPPORT & SERVICES

• After the catch-up phase, DJW will begin managing the accounting and finance aspects of your business as outlined in your services agreement

• We like to consider ourselves business partners at this point in the process

• As our relationship and understanding of your business grows, we will continue to refine the accounting processes and streamline your back-office functions
